Tillamook PUD offers residential customers a rebate incentive when installing a qualifying heat pump in a new home, or converting an electric heating system to an energy efficient heat pump. Heat pumps must be installed by a Tillamook PUD-approved dealer. Tillamook PUD will provide an energy audit on existing residences to determine other eligible measures for the home. After the audit, they will send the customer an energy analysis.
